Maitland only has another year or two at most left in him at the very top (32 this year I think) and will be a declining force soon. Jones will inevitably prove himself to be one of Europe’s premier outside centres as soon as he leaves Glasgow. Incidentally, I’m 99% sure I saw Darcy cutting about in the footage of Scotland training at HQ on the news this morning, hopefully that means he’s in the bubble and will be in contention for the next match.
Whats the craic with this bubble pish? In the first half, when I made the comment, he had carried much harder than I've seen before. Much more aggressive and direct. Definitely didn't notice him as much in the 2nd half.
I really like him as the captain.
