They are. And with them introducing this review system, yellow on field will be the default for all but the most egregious and obvious incidents.

No doubt they will try and be positive in public and at camp but how on earth can there be any sense of confidence or momentum going into a RWC from this

I was predicting a 2011 esque campaign of turgid, shite rugby with a whimper of a quarter final exit even before these warm ups. It may even be worse than that.

Like I said, now that they have this review and upgrade system, refs are never going to issue an on field red again unless it's a really obvious piece of foul play like a punch of headbutt.
