Not entirely sure how Saints have escaped that corner without conceding. 2x minor miracles.

The brand new 'headlock, no twist' interpretation rearing its head again...

Big turnover from Pollock.
Under pressure he is folding like a cheap pack of cards.
Ah fuck off, very few Saints players are playing well, not just Pollock. It's really weird how everyone is singling him out.
C'mon it comes with the territory he finds himself in. Biggest name in rugby at the moment. People will pay attention.

Bordeaux-Begles playing like they're the ones a man down.

There is a lot on his shoulders, which is why there is expectation. How often has he played 8, because I don't see him as one.
Not a lot he’s a 7
Definitely. I haven't paid attention to the team. Why is he playing 8 as opposed to Coles who seems more suited.
Coles usually 5/6
Never seen him at 8
Graham would usually be at 8 but Ben out since October

Saints desperately need to capitalise while they're seemingly on top.

1). Talented.
2). Knows it.
3). English.
It’s more a reflection of how much the English prefer cutting people down than raising them up.

Yeah, I do get that, but from someone who watches Saints every week there are plenty of other players who are not up to the usual standard which are having just as big an affect as Pollock being quiet.

Nah, we raise them up to godlike status and then start the carping.

Only Toulouse are able to keep heads under pressure. UBB are classic French.

Not sure there was more than 3 dodgy looking passes in the passage. Is that the standard we are accepting now.

Another forward pass or three in the build up to that and at least one of them was before advantage was given.

Saints making lots of judo-throw tackles to turn the attacker, but then there’s no-one coming in behind to try the steal. Rather hit the player and (try to) stop him.

Have to say, Pollock is having an absolute mare today.

The Premier Sports coverage is getting worse. Even when we get a replay it is barely from the right angle.

Probably because they are clearly giving away more penalties.

Young lad playing out of position, trying too hard.

Gazzotti has a lot of learning to do too.

We didn't need to get to the part where the whole BB pack counter rucked on their hands.

Game changed once Lucu took on all the tactical kicking.

Now, can UBB make a lineout maul stick?
