Not sure about strong, but it's probably near the best team we can put out for now.

Interesting....Libbok straight into the 10 role....I prefer him at 15 with more space....but Gelant is the heir apparent there....the only quality 15 the Stormers have....not a bad teamOomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Fri Sep 24, 2021 6:49 am Stormers: 15 Warrick Gelant, 14 Sergeal Petersen, 13 Ruhan Nel, 12 Rikus Pretorius, 11 Edwill van der Merwe, 10 Manie Libbok, 9 Paul de Wet, 8 Evan Roos, 7 Willie Engelbrecht, 6 Deon Fourie, 5 Salmaan Moerat, 4 Ernst van Rhyn, 3 Neethling Fouche, 2 Scarra Ntubeni, 1 Leon Lyons.
Subs: 16 Andre-Hugo Venter, 17 Dian Bleuler, 18 Sazi Sandi, 19 Adre Smith, 20 Nama Xaba, 21 Stefan Ungerer, 22 Tim Swiel, 23 Juan de Jongh.

Thought Edwill van de Merwe was going to the Lions. He's an under the radar potential Springbok imo. Great to see Salmaan Moerat back, that injury sounded career ending. Aside from Evan Roos, AH Venter and maybe Neethling Fouche the rest are journeymen. I hope Gelant and Libbok prove to be late developers because they showed potential in their early careers but I fear they'll fade into mediocrity sooner rather than later.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Fri Sep 24, 2021 6:49 am Stormers: 15 Warrick Gelant, 14 Sergeal Petersen, 13 Ruhan Nel, 12 Rikus Pretorius, 11 Edwill van der Merwe, 10 Manie Libbok, 9 Paul de Wet, 8 Evan Roos, 7 Willie Engelbrecht, 6 Deon Fourie, 5 Salmaan Moerat, 4 Ernst van Rhyn, 3 Neethling Fouche, 2 Scarra Ntubeni, 1 Leon Lyons.

Porter has played most of his adult rugby at tighthead but did play loosehead in underage. Healy appears to be on the bench as sub-tighthead.Sards wrote: ↑Fri Sep 24, 2021 12:05 pmYoh....its like a vintage Sharks team for the BullsOomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Fri Sep 24, 2021 11:43 am Bulls
