WR have f**ked up the Fra v Wal stream. :bimbo:
It's on S4C.
I think WR show matches only if no one has paid for it.
Ah. Thanks. Would be nice if they stated that rather than "Live stream will be available here for all matches" with the caveat after.

So, England into the semi finals having won justs one match?
Not sure. If NZ hammered Jap by enough, don't they take the best runner's up slot?

WR site is sh*te: not updated the tables.

{EDIT} According to beeb, Eng out on 9pts because NZ finished on 10.
{EDIT 2} Having done the maths myself, Beeb talking crap because Eng had 2 BPs so also on 10pts and so edge NZ out of pts diff.

These are both disappointing teams. Quiet a poor standard. Whenever Arg up the pace, SA look like they will crack easily but Arg lack of any precision or patience preventing them adding to their score.

A captain that doesn't deserve to be there. Once he stopped giving away penalties he disappeared.
He was getting vlak after the Italy game already. That's why I was taking notice.

Our 1st phase suck in all three matches. That's where matches are won. But you never know. Ireland hasn't been great thus far. Hope we knock them over.

I really enjoyed that game. The pace was ridiculous, but at the cost of accuracy. I love the abandon that both teams played with. It goes to show how much slower the full international teams play the game.

Glad the baby boks won, but damn this is definitely not a vintage year, I doubt there will be a lot of this team that ever touch the senior jersey. The pack of forwards were bullied in all 3 games for big parts of the game, our breakdown game was poor and lacked energy until they started getting desperate. The defense were all over the place in the 3 games as well. When it was announced that the cup will be played in the Cape in winter I also had the feeling we would struggle in the weather there. In my opinion if you host a tournament, you should have it where the local team have the best chance of performing.

Well Boet, we played yearly the SA Schools vs France/England/Italy/Argentina u18 in August just after Craven Week at Paarl Gymnasium/Markotter. Most of these countries current u20s have been there, done this before. It is tried and tested. This year however we have some big rains early winter and the reason for the current conditions. Up north you dont get crowds at this games and the fields are raped, no grass. Fuck rugby is a winter sport, watch the Craven Week games in George. The same.

If there is one SA player that will wear green and gold , its Jurenzo Julius IF the Sharks dont turn him into a surferboy.. The kid played last year schoolboy rugby for Paul Roos and look exciting everytime he touch the ball.

The only thing that matters is that we are in the semi final and Ireland usually dont get further then semi finals at WC.

Playing with 14 men most of the game did not help. They got very scrappy after about 30 mins: trying way too much speculative stuff instead of sticking to basics when they had dominance over the Wal pack even with the man down. Still, it was a reserve team so, all in all, have to be happy.

Jurenzo and the no. 11 have tits for hands.
Looks impressive but doesn't cut it for me.

No 15 and no. 10 were very impressive. Definitely worth watching.
Number 8 a future superstar. Roos can rather vok off.

Yeah I will agree on those 3 as the most likely. Now that I think about it, Smith at 10 was pretty decent considering the type of service he got from the forwards and his SH. His kicking off the tee was good as well considering the windy conditions for most of the games. The 15 looks like a powerful runner, even bouncing big forwards in his runs. We really need a good FH coming through pretty soon, the boks will desperately need one in the coming years.
Jurenzo looks exciting with ball in hand, when he manages to catch it that is.

Can't comment on their commitment but it really was men v boys when they came up against France. Playing with 14 men eventually told against Aus.
