Sharks need to use the bucks to get an overseas coaching team in. They need a new head coach, defensive coach and attack coach. The current lot are out of their depth.

I think we need an influx of foreign coaching talent. Our local guys are years behind. If we're going to play in NH competitions we need intellectual capital from there. We just don't have the systems in place on defense or attack. Our scrumhalf play for example has been pitiful. Hendricks, Jantjes and Grant Williams are all in the Bok setup but are playing very poorly. Indecision and poor execution is the order of the day. That's often as a result of poor defence of the counter ruck. Kolisi mentioned today that the Sharks were battling with exiting their 22. That's a coaching issue. Our guys seem very poorly drilled.

Just look at how many good players leave SA to play in Europe and how they improve due to the better standard of coaching.
