Just before that warning from Peyper Leinster 16 is at the bottom of the ruck, clearly off his feet grasping for the ball and only leaving it when told to is the sort of thing that infuriates me. He knows exactly what he's doing and the ref being content to coach him gives the defensive team a huge advantage.
