We are red, we are white. Morne van den Berg is dynamite. (Add a Tshituka or two to that)

Well done Lions. Better team on the day. Too conservative from Embra but handling when they tried to play with tempo.

Morne is the by far the best SA scrumhalf playing locally. Vincent T ahead of Elrigh Louw in my book. Louw is a blindside flanker and not a no.8.

It looks like we have the next generation of bok loosies all lined up, a few young guys that are really putting their hands up. Lock stock looks pretty decent as well.

Warrick Galant would have KILLED in this match.
So far it is proof, if any was needed, that Willemse is AT BEST a stopgap at 15.
He needs to play 12 or 10. Play on instinct with little to no time. When he plays 15 and has time on the ball he is terrible. Overthinks everything and executes poorly.

How strong is Zas?
I’ve seen I’m truck a couple of players over the last couple of weeks. Complete wrecked Specman and now bounced another defender. He’s not bulky enough to be able to do that!

He isn't a 10.
Been there as a senior. Was pretty ordinary.

The guy he wrecked was a forward too! He does seem to be bit more swole than past seasons. Stormers site puts him at 93kg. He could well be a couple of k's heavier than that now.

Oh, I agree, my point is just that he shouldn’t be given time to make decisions because his decision making is generally poor.
The less time he has on the ball, and the more he is forced to play on pure instinct the better he tends to play. So 12, 10, 15 in that order is where he is most useful/least damaging

You are correct.
However I don't rate him as a player in general.
There are much better 12's, 10's and 15's.

Not a fan either.
I eagerly await the announcement that he is going Japan for a payday. Annoyingly that will probably open a more permanent spot for Segeal Petersen who is just as bad.
