Massive drop in tempo.

Wish we could get 2019 Herschel back.

Yep.
We’ve had a couple of those other the years unfortunately.
Nohamba was on a similar trajectory.
Stormers down to 13 now. Making hard work of this after a great start.

Congrats to Lions fans for the result earlier.
I saw it up to the Bradbury yellow card, it was a hugely disappointing performance from Edinburgh and a disappointing result, hopefully we'll learn from it.
Good luck to the Lions for the rest of the season

Classy post.
Thanks, honestly did not expect this result, seems as if there has been an exponential increase in belief in this Lions side (and coaching set up) that bodes well for 2-3 years down the line, assuming we can hold on to the youngsters now starting to realise their promise.

Yep it's always the biggest rivalry on SA. The Bulls are the favorites. They are in great form. The winner will top the SA log.

The highlight of the weekend for me was the huge crowd at Loftus on a sunny afternoon. Been a long time since I've seen that, looks like the good old days.
I think the late kick-off games are going to be hard sells. Especially for Ellis Park .

Ellis Park looks a huge problem.
You know the Durban crowd. They will go if the Sharks are winning. The team knows that. Keep on winning. The crowd is there. Let's face it. There's the beach, fishing and braai on a weekend. Much better than going to watch your team lose

2nd week top of the pops.....the arrogance is setting in. He loves the Sharks. It's like watching the power game of the Stormers in action. Except with the real bok front row which brings a Dominant scrum and powerful running loose forwards. Imagine the grunt Eben is going to bring in the locks. It's basically the Springbok pack and Ouboet can't stand that
The Sharks destroyed the Dragons forwards. Broke them. Chewed them up and spat them out. The Stormers forward pack only had the ex Sharks player Evan doing anything.
Bongi is looking like a superstar at the Sharks. WP couldn't get that out of him

Yeah it was fantastic to be in a crowd like that again. I absolutely loved the day out. To think some of the young players in the team have never played in front of a big crowd at home. Nortje was talking about it yesterday how it was his first experience with a big home crowd, he only got into the first team after the crowd ban came in.
I wish there was an easy solution for Ellis Park, unless that side of the city gets redeveloped they are always going to be screwed with crowds, specially in the evening. People only seem to dare that side of town during Bok matches.

So they had a discussion yesterday after all the matches were done that all the 3 SA teams need to move up 1 position in the log then all 3 would make it into the European competition next year.
