Bullshit decision, he never saw that grounded, it was a guess, replay shows clearly held up

Goes with the horseshit pen against Harris for not rolling when he was to the side and the ball was playable.

We have some good lineout strike plays and very good wingers.

It helps having a SH like Robson who can execute an accurate, swift pass to the runner

Basically the exact antithesis of Ben Youngs

True, he's a class above any of his replacements and it's not coincidence that we've started playing better now that he's back from England duty.

Don't agree with that at all. He came through the middle.

Shields call? Yeah. Through the middle and scrum half had lifted.

That looks good from Odogwu?
Edit - looks like a toe might have betrayed him and touched the line.

More dumb Fre lineout play: why risk going long in that position?
{EDIT} Yup. Which is what you should have done 2 mins ago.

I predict that shelling three tries is going to cost us once Clermont get roasted at half time by their coaches and wake up a bit...

Dunno. They have been looking stale this season. Complacency with players and coaches been there for too long.

Fair, but we've been awful for most of 2021 so far.

It's a mark how far Clermont has fallen that only Penaud is now a ntl regular and even then some would argue that Thomas and Villier are ahead of him at present (Penaud been injured).

Clermont 10 12 and 13 are all over the place defensively, seems to be no organisation or structure there.

They've gotten like Bath (or the Blues for many seasons): lots of talent but too little lack of will to do the hard yards and basics first which then leads to poor discipline.
Should have said: this raises my 10 year argument that Fofana neither had the hands or distribution to be a 12. He was always a wing.

Ludicrous by Penaud. See what I mean about basics and hard yards.
And if you are going to kick to the corner, you need to secure your f**king lineout. Again.

Wasps coping well enough with Clermont at the moment, but in need of some territory.

Yup. They can't go more than 4 phases without an unforced error.
{EDIT} And the cardinal sin of scoring and immediately coughing up a pen or points. Dim Central.
{EDIT2} And that will be game over.

{EDIT} But another unforced error by ASM. Abject stuff really.

100%. You earn the right to a break. They've looked as bad as the disinterested sides of the past except this is not a switch off: they've never switched on.
