Shit crowd for a Supe Round.
Wouldn't be surprised if AAMI Stadium hosts more players and staff than paying supporters this weekend.

How lucky have we been to have Fakatava, injuries and eligibility issues and all, learning from th best ever for the past few seasons.
Brilliant young player. Just hope he can stay injury free...
Roigard and Fakatava will look good in black this year.
Yep, that's ideal for me, too.
I third that

Then we have youngsters like Ratima, Roe, and Hotham coming through quite nicely.

Chiefs ahead 25-7 at HT.
Their loose forwards are all playing very well. Finau is a beast. Great in the lineout, too.

If he were playing for the Sadists the clamour to make him an AB would be deafening.

Canes need to finish better (so do the Chiefs to be honest; we let 2 certain tries slip)

After a string of consistent Super Rugby seasons, Finau was rewarded in 2023 by being named in the All Blacks squad for the Lipovitan-D Rugby Championship.
Swing and a miss there Enzo.

Drua v Saders 10-all at HT in Lautoka.
Ragged first half, but it's great to see Sevu Reece looking so sharp again.

Not sure what happened at that scrum early in the half when the Drua monstered the Cru but then things seemed to settle down.

Drua win 20-10.
Saders start the season 0-3 for the first time since the first Supe season in 1996.
