Being honest I post on both, and one or two other forums, I just a rugby tragic and will talk rugby with almost anyone. To be honest although the ones that get abusive etc may annoy me slightly, but f*** me we only on a forum and I actually don't think a lot of anyone in life or on the net that think being abusive or talking down to anyone is worth knowinganyway.

Hadn’t been on PR in ages. Just went and had a look. Bored looks awful now and all the Scots are on NPR. Counted a number of anti-Scotland threads, thought ‘no thanks’ and came back here.

From my visit to the Calcutta cup thread, I see Edinburgh01 is still sticking it out, the lone ranger.

PR confirmed to me that my experiences with Irish fans at Murrayfield and at RWCs were not atypical incidents, there's practically none of them here which makes this place infinitely better.

Whilst this is a much, much better site than PR with regards to ease of use, there's not much OZ rugby discussion here, so I'm finding myself back at PR most of the time.

However, this Muttonbird chap does seem to have some serious chronical issues. I am glad he has the opportunity to post here, but what exactly is the purpose of his posts? What is he trying to prove? He sounds like a very, very frustrated Kiwi.

Ah no. I mean the swarm fight over everything on PR but there's actually not a lot of malice there. PR Saffers on the other hand could start a thread about your favourite brand of chocolate and it would result in 3 bannings and a death threat.

We can discuss the term Mutton bird on the braai thread. Sound like a bird stealing braai vleis. Sards dream about this bird after smoking pappegaai twak.

Pollock sound like a famous Saffer cricketer. Rinkie will know all about him.

The team system use here is a big positive. Rugby is a team sport. Teams have their own discipline. Those not in a team needed to be ban quicker with no warnings. Team captains need more responsibility in modding the board. They can recommend banning.

Sorry, just playing each ball on its merits here.

"The Future of VPR"? It's basically PR Jnr with an ever-decreasing muster of posters saying "this forum is much better but..." on their way out back to PR. LOL.

"Let's start with a clean slate and call it NOT Planet Rugby............. then copy the exact same PR category format with the exact same posters and even the exact same thread titles..... then expect it to turn out differently to Planet Rugby".
