He is. He's too big to be a good prop. 1.91m and 130-140kg depending on what resource you read. He's NFL size . All the best props in modern history have been 115-125kg and 180cm-190cm. Carl Hayman was an outlier at 1.93cm. Freaks like Andrew Sheridan and Cameron McIntosh never made it despite being huge super strong giants.

NFL linemen do a lot of training on footwork. Kebble is just a huge strong dude with no fast twitch fibres. Hit him at the right spot and he just collapses.

Just got back from the game. Good night out, the bulls as usual were a bit frustrating in the 1st half and made a lot of unnecessary errors specially when on attack. Not sure what it is with the Bulls and their slow starts. And for a big part of the game there seemed to be a Glasgow player down for a few minutes every time the whistle blew, got the crowd a bit worked up at one stage as it did not feel like the game could get going. At least the 2nd half the stoppages for the most part were not as long. Glad we got the 5 points and stopped Glasgow from getting a point.

If Connacht can turn over Sharks tomorrow, they'll be doing a big favour for all the teams below Sharks

Not sure about the history of the competition but I am sure us Saffers add a lot to it. We should have joined many many moons ago.

I look forward to in a few years time, when we have more histories and rivalries behind us.

Assfly is right. Its all about tradition, rivalries, friendships and history. I've been thrilled to see the touring teams training on the Northwood School fields in Durban North. I spent a couple of years at Beachwood High School down the road and played a couple of hard fought derbies on that ground for the second team. Its going to take a couple of seasons to get momentum but I'm already enjoying the crap out of it.

It may have already been posted but here is a clip of the boys of Northwood showing their appreciation and support for the touring Scarlets team who were training on their grounds.

Is it just me, or is Ullrich Louw not quite as prominent as he was in the early stages.

I'm not really convinced.

Great post.

I’ve never really taken more than a passing interest in the Pro? But have to say im enjoying it this year. Still not totally engrossed but love the addition of the SA teams and, as you have all said, that should only grow as we start to get some rivalries and history behind it

Some good kicks from hand and runs by Hendrikse this half.

Chilli the chop left with egg on his face, his smile during the first half turned upside down.

Yeah, what the hell is going on? I thought they were showing every game but it’s ice hockey, pro 14 and a blank channel!

Is this the fucking saffer broadcasters doing?
