Their brilliant trio of mid-80s albums was an integral part of the soundtrack of my twenties. I still have them on vinyl... but no turntable to play them on atm.

I was a little bit in love with Deb Conway back in the 80s. One of the best voices you will ever hear... saw them live once. Peeled my ears back off my head... for one number, I forget what it was, the whole band stood and played snare drums. They had a yoooj sound.

I had Climate of Hunter way back when. Haven't listened to much of his stuff since, but The Drift is one of the most spookily brilliant albums I've ever heard.
