For a start you need to add that anyone who seeks to dissent from the "thread-orthodoxy" is disparaged, dismissed , and hounded off the thread. There is no actual debate, it is all ideologically driven bullying.

So far this bored has maintained a better standard, but there have been some worrying indications - LBGT jokes and the like. Not a good look.

I wont agree we need 15 types of toilets so Sam Smith can take his fancy from week to week , nor will agree to children being given hormone therapy to transition when they have no autonomy on the issue. What has to be noted by the way is YOU steered the debate to LGBTQ and trans. It started off as a debate about the old website and the way people posted. I took to task the rhetoric of calling another poster a loon because they voted brexit( Ive no skin in the game, Im not english or in the uk) and then it was steered to trans via joke in another thread which i then went and read (in the spirit of keeping the conversation going) and then gave my opinion on.
