I'm making steak frites now - green peppercorn sauce too.
My favorite sauce, great with magret de canard .
I've never eaten duck - I live among vegans and vegetarians so it's a case of what is worthwhile making the effort for - a single steak is fine, as is the odd chicken, but otherwise my opportunities are curtailed somewhat when it comes to classic French cooking, which I really really love.
My god man!! Get thyself to a good French restaurant and try it!

Don't really know what to make of them other than they are inconsistent. They probably should have beaten Fra in the 6N opener: albeit a Fre side that looked nothing like this. And they beat SA in this comp. But were hammered by a poor Arg and surprisingly lost to Fiji.

- Costes (son of Arnaud the former Toulouse flanker) was only in the team at 12 because Gailleton (T14 top try scorer) was bumped to the seniors. Mola reckons he is the most promising player in Fra at this level: another Jauzion.
- That whole backrow was brilliant (not just Gazzotti). So much so that I don't think any player from any of the other teams would have got in there. They obliterated the Irish key strength. And they were keeping Andy Timo out who is a clone of Macalou: so fast he can play on the wing. That said, I still think Nouchi is better at lock where he played in the 6N.

In addition
- Jauneau is now looking so good that he'd probably be a starter in any other senior team but won't see many caps because he has a certain Dupont in front of him.
- The dark horse here is Reus at 10. The lad has ice in his veins and is under the tutelage of a certain ROG and so will get better. FH remains Fra's weak spot.
