Highly recommend having a look thru the indictment. There's really only about 20 pages to look at, with the rest lists of charges & filler.
One thing I missed on the first pass thru was the list of TLA's whose classified information he'd kept.
a. The Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”).
b. The Department of Defense (“DoD”).
c. The National Security Agency. (Probably Electronic intercepts)
d. The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
e. The National Reconnaissance Office. (Satellite shots)
f. The Department of Energy. (Nukes)
...
If the the NSA are super secret, then the NRO are an order of magnitude more covert; they own & run the satellites & keeping satellite images would get anyone else thrown into the deepest, darkest cell for the rats to eat.
From what I've seen, the likely witnesses are probably:

I'm just not sold it follows that because a person has previously been shown to act in bad faith it'll they'll subsequently act in good faith.
And I think bigger picture the judiciary could well take issue with the notion that having a ruling overturned implies unacceptable bias, there's a uniqueness of the case Vs a general theme issue there, and in advance I'd consider that could go either way
