The histrionics of... saying the only thing to do as an England is not give a shit what other people think? Bit odd
Cracking game - regardless of what happens with England it's been a brilliant tournament IMO.
Just a joke old boy.
It has been a brilliant tournament and just what we needed at the moment. Although we were pretty average it was genuinely really great to have Scotland involved in something like this again and gave us a good couple of nights up here.
An England win tonight would be good to eke out the interest for another few days
I've really enjoyed how little a gap there's been between most side. Sure, there's been a couple of one-sided games, but so many have been either impossible to call or just outright upsets. Loads of drama too. Great stuff!
The Euros have, for some time now, been a better competition than the World Cup, for the reason you give.

I worry about us going behind. Not sure how we'll react. Not sure how Wembley reacts.
Yes. I’m nervous about this side having to chase a game.
But if we can keep out Germany, Croatia and Ukraine we should be able to do the same to Denmark.
Imagine if England win the whole thing without conceding a goal! That can’t have been done before, surely? Would be incredible.

This is fantastic.
Finally got a pub booking, high street is already pretty rammed here. Nervous but excited.

England looking dominant now. Danes have run out of puff.
No ideas in the last third of the pitch.
Defending fine though.
We must be due a dodgy Kane dive any minute. I don’t know how the Danes haven’t conceded.
When Kane does it it's not considered a dive

I'm not so sure of home advantage for a whole tournament with limited home crowds, it's definitely overplayed. England have certainly not in any way benefitted, much better imo, if they'd played them all in Baku.

No way Denmark will be able to hang on till penalties.

Won’t hang on until half time in extra time.

Surely this pressure's got to lead to something.

And there we go. No contact on the replay but it’ll stand.

Turns out it wasn't a dive, clear contact on the reverse angle (and the other guy hip checks him after anyway).
Crap penalty anyway
Not sure what you're laughing at - none of the replays at the time showed contact, but they showed one right before the break that showed Stirling got clipped. Fair enough decision.
