Apparently Trump might have incriminated himself on the witness stand as well. Basically saying that he valuated the properties as if they were already fully developed instead of valuating it according to its current status. Some empty land he own that was valued as if they were already have housing, etc on them, his reasoning being that because he plans to some day develop it he can give it the value as if it is already developed.
He mentioned similar things about other properties related to why they were valued so high. Also claiming that because valuations of some properties have now caught up to what they valued it 10 years ago means that he is not guilty because the values are now what he claimed back then. Now there is speculation that prosecutors might be able to lay criminal charges against him in New York due to what he said on the stand. It must be tough to be his attorneys, because he just cannot keep his mouth shut, always willing to talk because he thinks he can say what he wants
Maybe the Trump family need to go and do a crash course in Sicily from some mafia families on how to be a proper crime family and not draw attention to yourself when you do bad things.
The only clear conclusion from this Trump circus is that the claim that everyone is equal before the law in the USA is far from the truth. Just take the insurrection cases, all the average Joes that were involved have already been sentenced to jail, he has not even had a day in court yet.

Donald Trump may have violated his federal indictment by auctioning off a priceless gun from his collection at Mar-a-Lago.
Last weekend, an auction held at his Florida home saw the item, described as "a one of a kind Trump Glock from the 45th President of the United States Donald J. Trump," go up for bidding during a charity event. Pictures circulating on social media show the gun being presented at the auction, with news website Meidas Touch saying that bidding for the item began at $10,000.
However, the transaction could land the former U.S. president in considerable trouble, given that federal law prohibits those under indictment from transacting firearms. Trump is embroiled in active legal proceedings, having testified at a civil trial over the New York investigation into financial fraud at the Trump Organization. The former president has denied all wrongdoing and repeatedly said that the ongoing federal and civil cases against him are part of a political witch hunt.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives outlines that as part of the Gun Control Act, it is unlawful for "any person under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year to ship, transport, or receive firearms or ammunition."
It means Trump, or anyone involved in the sale of the firearm, could potentially face prison time for violating the law. The person who purchased the weapon could also be legally liable for assisting lawbreaking, given that Trump's indictment and trial have been heavily publicized.
As soon as he 'd"bought" or got given this gun, it was already pointed out that this was illegal, & his people denied he'd actually bought it.

At least he's making an effort at being inclusive in his Thanksgiving message.
If he ever became President again he would try and find a way to simply have his "enemies" shot behind the chemical sheds. And there would be plenty who would jump at the chance to organise it and/or pull the trigger, sadly.
