There’s something deeply satisfying about seeing Toast try that little skip-step and get flattened.

Roberts again making tons of yards through the Zebra defence and a good offload to Williams. Finally the BP.

DAVIES MISSED AGAIN! He's giving Ceri Sweeney a run for his money in the shit kicker stakes.

If Bashem was 4 inches and 15kg heavier, he’d have killed several of these Zebre players.

Do you think he'd be better with his right? I’d be tempted to give it a whirl, at least...

Just through the Dragons defence like it was air.

Be better with someone elses boot.

Tidy BP win for the Dragons, but they made it harder work than it needed to be.

Rowlands just put in the best lock performance I've seen in welsh rugby since the days of Beirne. everyone else playing for the bench now

Ospreys looking toothless. Last season style performance, disappointing after last week where they looked to have figured out a few things.

Ulster doing a bit of a number on the Ospreys but not really got the points on the board. Ospreys can still win it in the second half.

Good try by Ulster

They don't seem to be doing much do they?

Dreadful. Mistakes all over the place...

There's another one!

Another pen for the Ospreys, they don't seem to be crossing the line in this match so pens for points it is.

That try will wrap it up for Ulster, I wonder if they'll push for the BP now. They've been everything the Ospreys haven't in this match.

Well that was a bit crap. Back to the drawing board for the Ospreys.

I really like amos. He gets shit luck so often he's hard to defend, but plays very smart and has a good skill repertoire. He, Lane and Adams make a great back 3

Good win for Cardiff. High tempo rugby pays heavy dividends when you can get a team on the back foot.

we should've put more chances away at the start. Good to get the win, lucky draw to play connacht before call ups

Scarlets with yet more scintilating rugby, justing their extra £2.5m funing over Cardiff, and their mass international call ups, pick of the bunch, the ever lethal Jonny Williams

On the flip side Steff Evans provided some entertainment

Good news. Ollie Griffiths about to return to action this week...

Even better news. WOL reporting that the Dragons are on the verge of signing Will Rowlands! I know it's long been touted, so on one level it's not a surprise, but I'm so excited about this signing and the prospect of getting it over the line. He's exactly what we need in the second row. Big, great workrate...quality. Would be a huge boost.

Pretty strong denial by Wasps already about Rowlands...another bit of WOL bullshitting?

The Dragons will take on the Scarlets this week and fans will be able to watch the game live.

The match is being staged at Rodney Parade on Friday, with a noon kick-off, and the plan is to live stream it.
Obviously a lot of players away but I'd still be interested to see some of the Dragons youngsters and fringe players.

Macleod ruled out. Though i don't think he should've been selected to begin with, you don't want anyone to miss on their first cap like that.

James Davies called up, I don't know where to start, sack the fucker.

Macleod has a lot of time in his career, but still gutting for the lad.

Would have liked to see Taine Basham get called up instead but not surprised really.
