Taken by the Orange County Register’s Jeff Gritchen, the photo actually shows the female protester holding a sign with the words “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death.” The woman was participating in a protest against coronavirus closures in Huntington Beach, California, on April 17, according to the caption.
This was in 2020 when the virus was ripping through an unvaccinated world.

Imagine hurtling along at 300km/h and the track shifting to one side a metre?
It is a tribute to the quality of the engineering in this train that there were no injuries at all. I would rather be in the Shinkansen than in an underground train when a big quake hits.

A40 Greenford crash: Woman says 'whole house shook' after lorry smashed into Ealing home and spilled potatoes everywhere
A woman from West London has described the horror of hearing her "whole house shake" as a lorry carrying 45,000 kilograms of potatoes came barreling off a main road next to her house last night. Pictures from the scene show spuds scattered across the road after the van careered into a house last night (March 21).
Local residents heard loud bangs seconds before the crash, and insist that it is "incredibly lucky" no one was killed - given that cyclists and pedestrians frequent the area in the evenings. Emergency services rushed to the scene, and have since confirmed that there have been no reports of any serious injuries.
The area was littered with hundreds of potatoes which spilled out of the vehicle, while the lorry and cars involved in the collision were removed from the area. An Ealing Council clean-up operation has begun with workers offering potatoes to bystanders.

A row has reportedly broken out between a bereaved family and a council after a 37-tonne marble memorial to a former bare-knuckle boxer featuring a solar-powered jukebox was erected in a cemetery in Sheffield.
It's every bit as bad as it sounds, god love them all.
Imagine having a loved one buried in the next plot. Being subjected to Joe Dolan on an endless loop for all eternity. (except, perhaps, at night)

I remember many years ago being a passenger in a car going up the M6, having smoked a considerable amount of weed, and getting into a traffic jam caused by thousands of sheeps heads falling off a lorry. A lot of things were questioned that day

Makes a man proud to be Irish. To think he only died a few years back and that has gone from idea, to design, to planning, custom construction and installation in that time is a testament to the industry of the Travelling community. I think we all salute them. Don't we.

Funeral firm collapses leaving fears over payments
A funeral plan provider with 45,000 customers in the UK has collapsed, throwing contracts into doubt and raising concern over refunds.
Safe Hands had already signalled its intention to stop operating, but its collapse means pre-bought funerals may not be honoured.
Administrators said the company could not provide immediate refunds, leaving many worried their money will be lost.
The sector is facing an imminent overhaul, leaving other plans in doubt.
From 29 July, any provider must be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which, from that point onwards, will give consumers far greater protection than they have at the moment.
Safe Hands was one of dozens of companies operating in the currently unregulated pre-paid funeral sector.
Customers such as Lyn Burrow, 72, and her husband Fred, 80, signed up to contracts that saved their family the expense and emotional cost of organising their funerals when they die.
The couple spent a total of £6,310 on their plan, which she said had given them "peace of mind".
She spoke to BBC Radio 4's Money Box programme about her concerns when it emerged that Safe Hands had decided to stop operating when new regulations begin.
Now, following news that the company is in administration, those fears have heightened.
She said: "My family was supposed not to have to worry, but what are we going to do now?"
"If we could at least recover some of the money, we could make up the difference with a reputable company. But £6,000 is a lot of money. It would have to come from our savings."
Joint administrator Nedim Ailyan, partner at FRP, said they would carry out a detailed investigation to discover what could be returned to creditors, including policyholders - whose funds are in a trust fund, which itself has a shortfall compared to what is required for full refunds.
"Regrettably, the administration means the company is not in a position to issue refunds at this time. We appreciate how upsetting this period of uncertainty will be for Safe Hands Plans' customers and their families," he said.
"Unfortunately, there is a shortfall between the level of plan holder investments and the forecast level of funeral plan costs to be paid. Essentially, the value of the investments is not enough to meet the funeral plan obligations of the company."
Any funeral plans activated in the next two weeks, because the policyholder has died, will be covered by another provider - Dignity. Mr Ailyan said a "longer-term solution" was being sought beyond that deadline, and customers - or their loved ones - would be contacted. A helpline has been set up on 0800 640 9928.

So I've been doing some white hat pen testing course online so I can better evaluate our security,
one of the common windows network vulnerability revolve around being able to network sniff password hashes and then run those against know password lists to crack them.
there is program called Hashcat that does this rather well and very quickly.
POC testing in the office on my Xeon desktop took 24 mins in a VM with 4 cores assigned. Pretty impressive to run through a 15 Gig - 1.5 Billions passwords file.
However it's faster on modern GFX cards, so I ran the same test with my 2080ti, it took 41 seconds!!!!

We force our users to use 3 random words, cant be brute forced something like chillipigwallpaper for example.
Our SOC would have detected your attempts and sent laser cannon on to you.

yup, ours is now 12+ chars, mixed case, alpha numeric & special character. and 2FA for anything with a external facing login interface.
It's all fine until that password appears in a breach word list and then it's useless.
I ran our email domains (3) through the Breach-parse database:-
127 hits,
8 still active,
2 current directors (thankfully with old passwords long since changed),
11 past directors accounts therein

For some reason i have very bad guts today, toilet relay. On way home it just hit again, had to use the train toilet . All i can say is that the stench cleared the carriage, i am very proud of my efforts.
To anyone travelling on the 1654 Victoria to Littlehampton, i sincerely apologise.
