Premier Sports is so mickey mouse that the stream quality is diabolical. Verging on giving up

Somewhat action packed end to the half there.

Northampton on the Bulls line, drop the ball, concede penalty and yellow card at the scrum. Bulls kick the pen to touch, fluff the lineout, swept up by Saints and win a breakdown penalty. Mitchell taps and goes, Augustus runs in a try!

Going in ahead at half time after being under a lot of pressure that half is a big, big positive for Saints.

Bulls backs are pretty rubbish, every time Northampton get clean ball they are causing major issues for them...Bulls on the other hand, very pedestrian.

Augustus try just on half time, looked like Mitchell with run off back of ruck and decent pass through contact for Augustus to stroll in.

I'm watching on my phone on said crappy stream so may have been someone else!

That looked knocked on in real time.

And so it was, so back for a penalty, but the Bulls knock on again. Starting to look like just one of those days for them.

Saints win the scrum pen on their line (!) and then 2 open field penalties in quick succession to give Smith a shot at goal which he converts.

15 - 7 to Saints on the stroke of the third quarter and off the back of about 30% possession.

Mitchell with a 50-22, lineout move score for Freeman. Saints now have a pretty commanding lead given the flow of the game so far.

Ah, now we're checking Freeman's grounding... don't think there's separation there., should stand.

Scrum and try from the restart for the Bulls.

Bulls fumble the next restart to give Saints a scrum, from which they get a penalty (Davison coming on has really stabilised things), but they fluff their lines at the lineout and that's a rare entry to the Bulls 22 that produces nothing.

That Saints side is just about as strong a team that they could put out especially with Mitchell returned from injury.
Can't see them getting within 15 points of the Bulls though!
Hmm. If it were not for the altitude and travel, with that big pitch, I'd fancy Saints' chances of an upset.

Bulls close the gap to 1 with 10 minutes to go... Bulls have stopped making so many errors and it looks like altitude might be starting to weigh on Saints.

They might be ruing going for the corner instead of the posts on their last penalty.

Smith with a long range penalty to give Saints a little more breathing room.

Sleightholme picking a scrap with two Bulls players and doing nothing to dampen the Mike Brown comparisons

Lovely move and that’s the ball game. Bulls fundamentally cannot cope with the superior system and physicality of English rugby

Bonus point try with Freeman's second! With 2 minuts left you'd think a 9 point cushion puts the game beyond the Bulls. Saints rode the apparent comeback and have come out on top again.

Generally yes, but Sleights really is just a bit narky, I don't think there was much strategy behind it

If you use

with something like U-Block Origin, I find it nearly always reliable unless it's a heavily watched game like a major intl.

That's it, Saints with a bonus point win away from home at altitude and denying their opponents anything in the process.

Yes we pasted them in the second half last week as well (albeit with the wind)

Well that sent a message, well played Northampton. Bulls scrum is about all they have.....edit...Mutchell was easily MOM, saffer broadcaster cleatry only has 1 eye

A high tempo team with fwd clout as well like ST or UBB would have humiliated them. Mind you, Sarries pretty much did do that last week.

Fin Smith is a very very good 10. He's the #1 English 10 for me, just makes the right decisions so consistently.
