Tough yellow, so far best 1st half of the weekend.
That's modern Murrayfield. Half the crowd don't have a clue what is going on so in a stop start mess like this it is hard to build their excitement.

Aus without convict Quaid & Kerevi. Petaia gone. Aus with a yellow. Home adv for Sco. Really can't have any more in their favour for this one.

Flake tries to give his usual, gratis intercept try.
Give it up, it was fumbled by the receiverTorquemada 1420 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:26 pm Flake tries to give his usual, gratis intercept try.

Like I said. Quality game management. - 10 points against 14 men.

Some pretty poor defence there, a lot of ball watching, Skinner very guilty at the last phase.

And then does it again to Hogg.... from which scrum Flake's 1/2 hearted attempt at the joint tackle leads to a try.Blackmac wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:30 pmGive it up, it was fumbled by the receiverTorquemada 1420 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:26 pm Flake tries to give his usual, gratis intercept try.

I know what you mean but what are the other options? Scotland can’t ground a game out in the forwards. They have to be different.Torquemada 1420 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:26 pm Flake tries to give his usual, gratis intercept try.

I mean if you are picking holes, we are on our 4th choice hooker who is 21, a LHP covering TH on the bench and missing our first choice second rows, and missing our first choice LHP.Torquemada 1420 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:24 pm Aus without convict Quaid & Kerevi. We should be playing better than we are, and it doesn't excuse this shit show, but pretending everything is in our favour when mentioning guys who are injured isn't really truthful.
I heard that. Turning into a right whiney @#&£.

Playing in the wrong areas. Conceding 10 against 14 men whilst creating not a single piece of attacking threat is just bad game management.PCPhil wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:32 pmI know what you mean but what are the other options? Feisty game, a proper fight can’t be ruled out here

Skelton on. Capacity to win the game or do something really dumb discipline wise in equal measure. Sco better hope the latter.

Fantastic hit and jackle.
Know idea what Price was thinking, even if the dummy succeeded he was running into traffic.

That's interesting: not a single passage of play beyond 6 phases.
Flake pulls out a superb 50-22.

Good end result from Russell's kick, but it looked like Aus only had front five defending?

Hogg you useless c**t!!!
Being a bit out of touch, who is this new guy, Hogg is it? The last guy called Hogg could run, catch and pass. Not sure about this one.

It’s okay. We’ve all been there.

It’s very hard nowadays to string together more than 5 phases without getting turned over. The quality of jackals at rucks has just become too good.Torquemada 1420 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:42 pm That's interesting: not a single passage of play beyond 6 phases.

The Scottish scrum that’s been turned inside out today. And they take a scrum for the penalty. Interesting.
