Ah, I wasnt aware. 20min red is great.
Aussies bottled it anyway. No points, blew their ome chance with a kick, and now concede a try.

Very happy with our defence so far, especially that Aussie donut.

Big thanks to WA and Mark McGowan for being able to put this on in the middle of a pandemic.
But seriously, 05 September 2021 is the day rugby died.

You don't need pace as much as you need precision and good decision making and they have neither.

Being able to strip your opposition would have got more tries for the Aussies

Agree but look at their play for 20 mins with the extra man. Get the other 2 bits right and you should always be adding points.

Still too many missed goalkicks for my liking, and the early injuries and Jordie's red card didn't help.
One fucking huge positive, though... Is this the dawning of the age of Akiraness?

Our B team did really well, except the goal kicking.
And this has proven a critical mass of Barrett’s starting = red cards.

I,ll rather take touch bore good defending forwards tests then this touch rugby from both teams.
The Wallabies defense don't excist.

Thought our all round kicking game was quite accurate - turned them around with good chips and grubbers to blunt their line speed, and kept them stuck deep inside their half for long periods. Making more of our long range counter attacking opportunities helped as well. How many points have we scored off intercepts?

Nor does spelling in your part of the woods, you big hairy table dancing nut.
I enjoyed the spectacle myself. Defence goes like that when you are chasing a game.

Yeah good point re the intercepts. It has been largely lacking from our repertoire, and it’s been huge for us lately.

Boks will have to up their ball possession stats against AB's. We've been comfortable to play without the ball against less threatening oppo. AB's have too many weapons for that. Their counter attack is superb. Savea, both Ioanes and Jordan will carve us up if our kicking is shit.
