Love the way Fre sides box kick or up and under and then no-one challenges for the ball.

That was all a bit weird at the lineout.

Just noticed the height difference between Oghre and his two props, it's quite pronounced. Whereas Clermont's front row all look relatively even.

More pitiful passing.
Realistically, even is ASM somehow salvaged this, they are going nowhere this comp.

ASM run down 2 mins of the clock running sideways in their own 22. Quality play.....

Ref not checking the forward pass in the build up...
To be honest, being out of Europe is probably for the best. We've got a tough enough job in the Prem right now.

Well, that is the get out of jail to end all get out of jails. 1st time they managed multiple phases without a f**k up.

As an aside, Munster or Toulouse will kill this lot.
Out of interest, how many phases back was that? Got to be close to the 2?

It was the not-quite tries in the first have that buggered Wasps; it they'd converted one of those, I think Clermont would have folded
Or maybe if the held up one hadn't been given. Disappointed we lost, but having the weeks off to rest, but still building the confidence, it may have been the better result for Wasps season.fishfoodie wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 1:56 pm It was the not-quite tries in the first have that buggered Wasps; it they'd converted one of those, I think Clermont would have folded

Nice one, Barnes. It's nice weather and we want to see this Toulouse side play their quick attacking game. Munster negatitvity at the breakdown needs to be stamped out early and often.

Ntamack showing again why he's not an intl FH. Barely 60% conversion rate off the tee is piss poor.
Update: we're learning lots and lots of details about Munster, and how Munster are feeling at any moment, and how Munster need to play. And they never, ever, ever shut up. Do they know this is on tv and not the radio?

Irish commentators, even if part of more balanced panel, always seem terrified of even a milisecond of dead air...

Genuinely yelled at them to shut the fuck up once they started babbling on about the Leinster game and how lucky we are to have rugby right now when the game is actually still playingsockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 2:17 pmIrish commentators, even if part of more balanced panel, always seem terrified of even a milisecond of dead air...
It's a wall of noise and it's really hurting my enjoyment of the game.

My kingdom for a ref-mic only option.
Definite case for Murray copping Munster's second yellow there.

Thought it was a more obvious yellow than the first one.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 2:20 pm My kingdom for a ref-mic only option.

Barnes is not known for his leanings towards Fre sides either.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 2:20 pm My kingdom for a ref-mic only option.

I missed that, thought it was just a 3rd breakdown offence i very quick succession.ASMO wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 2:22 pmFirst one was an attempted trip, cuntish thing to do.JM2K6 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 2:21 pmThought it was a more obvious yellow than the first one.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 2:20 pm My kingdom for a ref-mic only option.
