There's very little point in that new law if you can mark from the kick

Nah, that was the 3rd ruck already that Ireland have had a player come out the back to slow it down. It’s a tactic of theirs and the ref is onto it hopefully
I was looking mainly at the man solidly over the ball. I didn’t think the Irish lad at the back was slowing it down too much.
He’s blocking players coming in to clear, they do it all the time
Master cheats at the breakdown and have been for years.

Watch them also hitting rucks from the side to disrupt the 9

Now that was as clear as a laying down in the way “trying to get out” as I’ve seen.

G-P slows down any opportunity to counter from turnover. Both SHs have been poor.

Laying all over the back of the ruck and then in the side. Come on ref.

Sure, it's tight and physical. It's pretty dumb and inaccurate though.

I just don’t know how with all the reviewing and training that goes on with refs that they don’t pick up on Ireland doing all this in rucks, it’s been going on for an age

I enjoy these games as much as I enjoy the Harlem Globetrotter stuff, the conditions are making it very tight and error-prone

I think you can be charitable and credit Irish dark arts for the loitering at the back of rucks and messing with clean ball, but wtf are the officials looking at when you have Irish players just blatantly diving around the side of rucks? I've counted getting on for a dozen so far that have been totally missed every time.

If it’s touched by Ireland then AB throw in. If it’s not touched then it’s out on the full. What was all that about?!?

The claim was his kicking foot was touching the line, checked by the TMO. Do you guys not hear the ref

Would have been better if the officials had picked up the illegality at the preceding ruck which resulted in the turnover.
How is Berry ever given match time?
