As a forward there was nothing more annoying when we had just gained possession and a back just immediately kicked it away again for 10 metres.

Just watched replay.

That game was certainly not the usual composed Crusaders game.

But all knew what was on the line. And the fact they did what they did in the last 20 is a true testament to the team the captain and the coach.

Certainly entertaining. So pleased I knew the result before watching.

Yeah, that’s roughly what I thought as well. Another great game of rugby, Highlanders can be considered unlucky to have only won two games this year.
And are there two g’s in Bugger Off?

Only watched 3 of their matches but Saders do seem to do quite well from the officials.

From today the ref standing right in the way obstructing the Highlanders playing from the base of the ruck when they were on attack in the sader's 22, and the missed foot in touch. Crusaders were good for the win though. What I found kinda dumb was the Highlanders persistence in passing the ball back to the middle of the pitch in their own 22 the setting up rucks in front of their own posts. WTF, why?

Does Ioane have a poor kicking game? I'm honestly not familiar with him, but felt like he hardly kicked out of hand all match. Also think I remember one of the commentators saying Highlanders needed someone to kick at that particular point and it would have to be Smith - I didn"t think Ioane was stuck in a ruck or something at the time.

First bold - he has to stand somewhere
Second bold - AR oversight but as it led to a try a valid criticism

Valid point, but he chose just about the worst place he could and not somewhere you'd expect a ref to stand

How the yellow wasn't a red is beyond me.

Yes, that was a head scratcher. Justin Marshall desperately trying to justify just a PK...🤦🏻‍♂️

No dog in the fight and can't really be @arsed but if he'd been any closer up the backside of the Highlander's player it'd have been indecent assault.

Agree, I was expecting a red.

A great passage of play, but that Reece pass is a bit marginal.
