Sides with weak set pieces
- Blues lineouts
- Reds scrum
- MP scrum
Gotta secure 1st phase

I was admiring one of the MP SH passes. Was a well distributed bullet.

Whenever we see Fakatava play test rugby, I'm confident it'll be worth the wait.

FFS. So slow to get off the scrum and then a dimwit tackle.

MP failing to get Aumua or Tavatavanawi into the game at all.
{EDIT} And now take Amumua off!!!

It was a terrible miss by the assistant ref.

Why does Scott Stevenson say "off of" every few minutes?

Some pretty sh*t game management from the Chiefs at the start. I think every key decision, they've got wrong and now 7 down. Half backs playing in entirely the wrong half of the pitch.

The 70s porn-star mustache on the Brumbies 9 gets more impressive every week.

Chiefs have the ball, get to the halfway line, and the halfback kicks it straight to Brumbies

I questioned that. Injuries it seems but looked a poor call to me: they lost all midfield go fwd with him out there.

More sh*t play from Chiefs 1/2 backs. SH just needed to get that clear when he could.

Just awful game management by the Chiefs. Conceding pens near half way to feed the Brumbies lineout.
What's the story with Cane? He's looked invisible at the breakdown.

Woke up to seeing Super Rugby on Sky. Happy days.
The Gatland influence on holding that maul up for turnover. Just another 20 like that and they're onto a winner. Shame about the rest of their game.

Succession of Brumby pens giving it away.
I call this habit the 'English Disease'. It's like a mentality that we need to play on the margins and see if we can get away with it, "because giving away a penalty is much better than losing a few breakdows."

The Chiefs needed to kick the easy penalty then. Dumb rugby.

Talking about this Chiefs SH as an AB. FMS. The comparison with TKB is apt: he slows everything down. Another meerkat Parra.
This one is dusted. Chiefs so incredibly dim whereas the Brumbies decision making has been almost spot on.

Force looked as if they expected the Crusaders scrum to go for a big push and instead, a nice loop around by RMo runs Fainga’anuku in for a lovely try. RMo left his kicking boots at home tonight

For the first time this year, the Crusaders are playing the way we expect them to: accuracy in the forwards, very strong defense, especially in the mid-field, and a dynamic back three.
The back row, particularly Blackadder and Matera, are in fine fettle, while Big Sam has found his mojo. Easily his best performance of the season.

Yep. Grace was another Saders forward to have a good night.
