When will a foreign leader just walk out on Trump?
Trump criticises Ireland during Irish PM's visit to White House
Donald Trump has criticised Ireland for using its tax policies to lure away US companies.
Speaking in the White House next to the Irish premier, Micheál Martin, he took aim at Ireland’s use of its tax system to attract pharmaceutical and other companies.
He claimed that Ireland is among the countries taking advantage of the US.
He also doubled down on his vow to impose reciprocal tariffs to help rebuild US manufacturing.
Trump on said his tariffs plan will restore fairness to US trade, even as major partners announced countermeasures to new US tariffs on steel and aluminium.
“We’ve been abused for a long time and we will be abused no longer,” he said.
He added that he would even out his country’s “massive deficit”.
Trump spoke with reporters at the start of a meeting with the Irish prime minister in the Oval Office.

You know what they say about engaging with Trolls ?
Just let him wank on with whatever briefing he got 5mins before the meeting, & then let the adults deal with it afterward.
In this case maybe ask the reporters where Donnie will get his ED prescription filled, & Melania her Botox if they raise tariffs against Irish pharmaceuticals ?
Or maybe ask where his great new replacement for Obamacare is ?, because that's what's going to have to be funded to pay for increased pharma costs for all Americans.

So much more of this is needed. Not that fucking awkward bullshit tik toks that the Dem leadership have been producing.
Now, now, the Democrat leadership has sent increasingly sternly worded memos on headed notepaper to the White House by post. What more do you want them to do?

Listen to Trump? I'd rather poke out my eyes with red hot pokers, or read Muttonbird's posts to translate his garbage for me.

I'm a free speech man. Without it the West is finished with no hope of recovery. Lies will become truth. Truth will be outlawed and evil will take over. And most will cheer. But will live on pills to try and take away the pain

Great explanation of court decision telling the various agencies to rehire all staff fired on OPM instructions, with specific notice to OPM not to try the same shit again.

I was following some of this on line - a reporter was posting some of the court discussion, and it was just crazy! The Judge quite rightly was hopping mad and the DOJ were just pathetically prepared and shitting themselves. It will be interesting to see if the Court Order is implemented within the timescales and if not what happens next.
The US is lost!

With it being produced outside of France, I think they have to call it sparkling white racism.

The judge had to remind herself not to let her anger take over. Remarkable indeed.

This ruling will be overturned. And rightly so
You've not read the detail of the case have you, in particular the legal argument behind the Judges decision? The DOJ got eviscerated for its preparation for the case, trying to change its submission when challenged and for the substance of what it was trying to defend. On a purely legal basis there is no chance it will be overturned ... however in Trumpland we now know the rule of law means feck all unfortunately.

That's the thing, with the criminals in place among the Supremes all bets are off. And there's lord knows how many loons appointed as judges more generally through the system.
