Never did get the hang of these on the old bored. Is there a way to embed pics directly, or do they have to be hosted elsewhere first?

Click on the i mg icon and paste the url in between the tags, size won't matter here because if its huge, the bored will resize it automatically and if you want to see the full sized version just click on the image and an overlay will pop up.

Now that's progress from PR. 8-)

Excellent feature but the implemetation could do with some tweaking.

Not sure if you are using a phpBB extension or just relying on a common.css file ... but at the moment it seems to be limiting somewhere around 400 px wide (which BTW is perfect for my 4 y.o. phone).

However it would be better for most screens to allow a wider image -- preferably percentage-based instead of a hard limit in pixels -- but allowing 2.0 to 2.5 x the current default.

Just my 2 cents.

It's an extension, sadly doesn't let me use ratio's, they might add that functionality but as you say it's a step up from PR
