It'd be interesting to know how many of us were out there.
1. Why we lurked and never posted? - Myself I had a massive man sulk after the French beat us in the 2007 QF and didn't watch Rugby for years, by the time I got over that I couldn't be bothered posting anymore.
2. Do we miss PR? - To be honest I do, from the days of QP onwards it was often very very funny, I was engrossed in Ukraine thread and was annoyed at the timing of the lockdowns. The needed bannings of the Mick Manocks and Dozy's was improving things.
3. What can PR hope to achieve by locking down? I have no idea, the slow death of the PR Forum?
Anyway, I tried to register at PR 2 days ago and have heard nothing, obviously they don't care.

It's done. Let it go... I deleted my bookmark for it the other day after having it as part of my staple diet for way too long.
Hilarious we've had 3 new sign ups here since PR was locked, though.

I've just remembered that Enz'der is a mod on both sites, hopefully he can help me get registered.
The Ukraine thread here is excellent, but so is the PR one, with Fullbackace as close to the action of any of us.
Well, the Polish guy as well.

I did stuff up a few logins and deleted some I meant to approve so, if you are not there now, you are one of the lucky half dozen.

I've been a long time lurker on PR but never got around to posting. Whenever I've thought I might post the thread degenerates into a serious crapfight with lots of vitriol, amongst the same people over and over, so ended up just sitting back with the popcorn.

Also a PR lurker. I'm having serious withdrawal symptoms not being able to view the Ukraine thread there.... The one here is pretty informative too. A nice counterpoint to the barrage of videos and opinions on Reddit.

Yeah, whenever I go through the registration process and submit my details it keeps returning me to the 'agree to terms of service' page. Tried on my phone and my laptop so not sure what the problem is. Might be because I've tried with both my emails already and the account never got activated.... sure maybe it's for the best. No i don't have to resist the temptation to click into all that culture wars nonsense.

It's not that hard when they register with a .Ru address or a Yandex.com one. Some of the bastards use gmail and yahoo and very English names though but they either leave their IP address or use a proxy that has warnings all over it. I reckon I get 99% of the bastards but I do worry that a few good men are collateral damage.

It may also help that a search for "Rugby Forum" on Google returns "Planet Rugby Forum" as the second result and NPR isn't in the first 3 pages.
