Very tight finish. The Stormers look like a much better coached team. Fouche Neethling deserved MOTM. Must be the only TH in world rugby to have Ox on the backfoot. The Cheetah 10 is a massive improvement on Bosch.
The Stormers have real depth. Massive game next weekend

Really good performance by Stomps, kept the Sharks on the backfoot for about 68 mins total. Fouche scrummed like a champ and managed the ref like a veteran.
Also....just a single TMO check for a high tackle (rejected) and another for a grounding (try awarded)...? Great game by the ref & assistants today.

The Sharks owner throwing a tantrum, claiming de Wet was off side, what a idiot.

No, it's not soccer , it's rugby. Gelant put him on side otherwise his pass would be forward.assfly wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 1:40 pm"tantrum"OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 12:46 pm The Sharks owner throwing a tantrum, claiming de Wet was off side, what a idiot.

Hey no need to role your vokken eyes, obvious he is an American.
Too much happening. Really struggling to cope.LoveOfTheGame wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 7:33 amWhy are you such a fair-weather supporter lately Sards?
Winter will be better.
Hoping to watch the game. I don't even know who is playing anymore. Saw the result on fb
de Wet was in front and advancing long before Gelant put him onside. https://www.world.rugby/the-game/laws/law/10, rule 10.4(c)OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 1:44 pm No, it's not soccer , it's rugby. Gelant put him on side otherwise his pass would be forward.

All he did was ask the question, I'd hardly call it a tantrum. Not sure why his nationality is an issue either.
To be honest, I don't have a problem with it because that happens in virtually every game because of the tracking line that 9s run. The better team won.
But enjoy the win and be humble bro
Technically, De Wet was offside. He was in front of Galant when the kick was made, and advanced forward towards the ball before Galant put him onside.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 1:44 pmNo, it's not soccer , it's rugby. But, all the officials were watching Galant so nobody saw that. I think if De Wet was the player that recovered the kick instead of Galant, then the try might have been referred, but as it played out I don't think any of the referees or the Sharks players thought to challenge it in the moment. You kind of have to be looking for it to see it.

I am a humble man. Very humble. If you are not humble, you end up on the flounce like Sards. Stil bek is n heel bek. Paarl taught me this.assfly wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2024 5:41 amde Wet was in front and advancing long before Gelant put him onside. https://www.world.rugby/the-game/laws/law/10, rule 10.4(c)OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 1:44 pm No, it's not soccer , it's rugby.
