Another games worth watching.

Saffers really are getting a lot of games in before the RWC.

NZ the week after this.

Thanks for opening. Thought to use the Autumn thread.

Springboks chop and change days are over. Need to find their best matchday team and bom squad.

Wales bring always their A game to the Boks.

Gats gives no shits about winning or losing this friendly

This is a game to see how our props go and if the players with no game time are ready.

Seems strange that Wales' best two players pick have been pulled from the team.

Given the issues around injuries and red cards, I wonder if Gatland just decided it's not worth the risk this close to the WC. Can't blame him.

I was thinking the same......and wondering why we are fielding our only flyhalf in the squad.

You know why: Libbok needs game time to sort out 1) his kicking and 2) which #12 he gels with best. Esterhuizen or DDA...?

If he gets injured against Wales, NZ or Scotland....it's just bad luck. You can't hide him until the Final.

Boks must go flat out. Wale is never easy, totally different to their URC teams.

We always battle against Wales.
We should win, but not by much.

This is a very poor and inexperienced Wales set up.
Cai Evans for instance is fecking terrible and not even a starter for his region

So he’ll be Lions 2025 vice captain then.

Is Gats and his Dad picking the squad
Seriously it's an astounding call, Evans is utterly shite.

That said he will now be a revelation.lol

I normally have a lot of confidence in a welsh side that knows it's crap, and is motivated purely by fear of humiliation, but not today.

Been riding our luck way too hard the last 2 games.

Poor selection is going to screw us today.

I noticed that if the game is sped up against the boks old timers it gers messy. As long as set pieces are mininised

This is going to sound beyond petty, but am I the only one who finds the Welsh crowd sounding like a cacophony of random noise made from massed ranks of children really irritating? Sounds like a toy jet engine being endlessly throttled up and down.

Ginga should not have gone to ground after the quick tap with 2 outside him

So if he had knocked it out over the end in goal line, it would have been okay? But because it's the touchline, it's a pen? Even if the ball is already over the tryline?
