What the fuck is going on with the resurgence of mullets? Will Stuart at Bath now has tough competition from Tiff Eden of Bristol for most egregious offence, but they're far from the only two sporting one of these crimes against humanity.

Exeter's trasngressions seem worse due to how many of them there are , but for one off awfulness Stuart and Eden are hard to top.

My main concern, though, is the spread. This used to be basically an Exeter problem. If this continues we'll lose the right to ridicule the Kiwi's over many of their player's strange coifures. There's a lot at stake here.

I agree with all that. Though Jack Goodhue must give us a few week’s grace, shirley.

Tbf he only chopped it off a couple of weeks ago when the Kiwi super rugby finised, but it does rather put us on a par with them at the very best.

Check out Steff Evans' (Scarlets) horror show, it's mind bogglingly bad.

I just... I just don't get it.

If you're gonna buzz it, do so; if you're gonna grow it, then do that.

As an aside, surely it can't be good for their personal lives? As young men in peak physical condition it should be fairly straightforward to find whatever they're looking for. Maybe that's it, they're imposing a difficulty penalty on themselves?

They're professional athletes. They'll have no problem picking up birds even with the horrible hair. Tight fives' WAGs over the years should be proof enough of that!

Slightly making my point Niegs, that's Cowan-Dickie after he chopped the mullet off. It has other issues, but it's not a mullet.

Couldn't clone our play, or our coaching so have settled for emulating hairstyles.

Thought during today's match that Umaga was going for a Kenny Powers look ...

But appreciated Priestland's tribute to Robbie Fowler.

Stuart's looked even worse today than I remembered it. Umaga is a trim at the back away from a decent bonce.

Frosted tips/bleaching is definitely another area where we're seeing some seriously iffy hair. Of those present today, Le Bourgeois is also an offender.

One of the Du Preezs and The Angry Warthog guilty up at Sale.
