Re: The Official English Rugby Thread

I’ve been trying to remember who this ref reminds me of and he looks just like the vet in the Specsavers advert who tries to treat a fur hat instead of a cat. Which isn’t a great sign….

Re: The Official English Rugby Thread

Shocking yellow for alleged deliberate knock on, when he was clearly trying to catch the ball. That law really needs some proper guidance as it’s basically chaos.

Re: Women's 6 Nations (Official Thread)

France struggle to beat Scotland. 15 -5 Seriously not one of the Scottish players is better then the French counterpart however tactics/coaching is appalling on french side and fairly decent on the Scottish end makes for a tight game. PS also there is U18 festival. https://www.youtube.com/@sixnatio...

Re: 6 Nations round 5 - France v England

I do think that game would have been different if we had had a fullback on for more than 8 minutes. But there we are.

Just watched Alldrit and France shouldn’t be happy just because they ended up second, this is how RWC disappointments happen. They were not in touching distance of Ireland ffs.

Not a fan of where the game is going on deliberate knock ons. Far too hard to try something without getting penalised.

Had really high hopes for this French team but it’s going to be another thrilling SA vs NZ once they’ve swiped the two comedy semi finalists out of the way.

I was fascinated by the physicality of New Zealanders. None looked like they were gym monkeys, compared to the Irish. They all looked lithe. Slender... quick...even their forwards (back row) didn't look massive. Yet they were stopping men who looked like they could blow them over. Must be psycholog...
