Re: 2025 Springbokke

Felix Jones is back with the boks!!! That is absolutely great news! https://x.com/Springboks/status/1895055102576337210 I think that Nienaber will also be back for the RWC Nah, I can't see that happening, but I'd be delighted if you are right. Re: Boom goes supersonic

Mach Cutoff is a genuine thing, but I understood it as being very dependent upon atmospheric conditions - things like temperature variations. In that sense I'm not sure how reliable it would always be - you'd have to carefully select times, heights etc to make it work, which would be a significant ...

That article really buries the lead.

The really important part of the achievement isn't even mentioned, that they were able to design an aircraft that breaks the sound barrier without the sonic boom reaching the ground.

Neethling Fouche sign for 3 years until 2028. Ben Loader return to England to Glouchester. Happy we get to keep Fouche. He is Bok quality and while he is getting overlooked by Rassie we are definitely benefiting from that at the Stormers. Sad that we are losing Loader. He has been an excellent sign...

Excellent signing. It will be good to have him back in SA. Going from Herschell to Cobus will be a shock! Ja, he might be getting on a bit but we really need some quality at 9 and some experience in general. Jantjies dropped off a cliff after the 2019 RWC and has never really regained his pre-Covid...

After a bunch of incidents in the James Small, James Dalton era of Springboks I'm quite happy with the character of the current crop of Boks when it comes to this issue. In a country where gender-based violence is rife, and a lot of the Bok players have been open about witnessing the physical abuse ...
