I went on a week long cheese making course. It was brilliant. I've been making mozzarella, feta, cream cheese and ricotta at home so far. I am building a cheese cave out of an old fridge. When that's done I plan to start doing the hard cheeses and moldy cheeses etc. I’d always thought about learnin...

There's a video on the Beeb of Police shouting at people to lock their doors as the dickhead climbs across garages and into residential gardens. Can't imagine what it would be like to hear that and being out in the garden with the kids, for example. Imagine being the one who tasered him. Only one c...

McCaw is my captain... the ABs were closer to vulnerable when he wasn't on the field, he never engaged theatrics, played with hidden injuries and always led from the front letting actions speak louder. As a player, who do you wish was your coach and captain?

Was lucky enough to be coached by Geech but would still pick Farrell. I think I would have run off a cliff for Jonno.

Paterson was excellent btw. He really was, great decision making and not overwhelmed in the slightest. I was furious earlier when I found out we needed a full back at short notice as I had been out food shopping, but his performance makes me feel less guilty for not being there when Toonie needed me.

It looks like there are no further injury worries, Nel is out for Saturday but Sebastian is in full training. Fascinating comments in this. I lean strongly on 'keep it informal' until mid-teens. Kids will compete for every moment and keep the scores in their heads / talk about it in-game. Tracking results and awarding the winners is, at best, a hollow victory and more likely to see coaches exclude kids who...
