11. Etene Nanai-Seturo
10. Damian McKenzie
9. Brad Weber
8. Luke Jacobson
7. Ardie Savea
6. Shannon Frizell
5. Sam Whitelock
4. James Blackwell
3. Angus Ta'avao
2. Samisoni Taukei'aho
1. Aidan Ross

16. Coles/Taylor 17. de Groot 18. Lomax 19. Vaa'i 20. Lentjes 21. Smith 22. Bridge 23. Garden-Bachop

Yours?
Did you only watch the Chiefs? (9 of them seems, well, a bit blinkered...) The backline, in particular, is just weird — Stevenson was awful, Laumape was as one-dimensional as ever and got yellow-carded, McKenzie was at 15, not 10, and the rest were average. In the forwards, Taukei'aho couldn't hit a barn door with his throwing and had his worst game of the season. A team that better reflects the round's performance would be:

15. Jordan
14. Bridge (even though he played 11)
13. Lienert-Brown (only a fraction ahead of Fainga'anuku)
12. Havili
11. Goosen
10. Mo'unga
9. Smith
8. Luke Jacobson
7. Ardie Savea
6. Shannon Frizell
5. Sam Whitelock
4. James Blackwell
3. Lomax
2. Taylor
1. Numia

16. Coles 17. de Groot 18. Ta'avao 19. Dunshea 20. Grace 21. Weber 22. Ioane 23. Barrett
I'm with the Navigator... really liking Havili at 12 and Jordan gives me a semi every time he plays...

Yep, Jordan's been rubbish the last two games.

In contrast, George Bridge is looking very good.

not really, he scored 2 'winger' tries, nothing special.. a few years back on the old bored i mentioned how its easier for left wingers to score tries than right winger, thus why most left wingers try count stats are always higher than right wingers.. Bridge hasn't done anything special since returning..Leicester has been thebetter 11 thus far

Actually think Jordan is kind of proving that I said elsewhere and got shot down a bit. He is a not a 15, he has got pace, and a good players etc, but he either 14 or on the bench going higher. He doesn't really create, but rather very good at finishing chance with pace. I agree about Bridge, he playing well, and perhaps I like the fact he is a bloody skilled player rather than a run over top kind of winger. We are getting to few of these types of players in our game these days!

And the reason for that is what I talking about how the skills of players is slipping I reckon, left wingers score more tries because it easier to pass left to right, and why it can be default play as players get tired and skills are starting to be harder to use.

Looks like Caleb Clarke missed the memo about left wingers scoring tries.

tbf to caleb, Rieko is inside him and he is not much of a passer , he wants to score himself most times... he has 39 tries already an at the age of 24, he might break that homophobe's record in the next 3 years

Well, Reiko is probably the best left winger in the country, only he’s playing 13. I would love to see him back out there for the ABs.

Great start Hurricanes

The important thing about this match is that the Hurricanes need put a stop to the Chief's charge for the final, helping the Blues towards a thoroughly undeserved 2nd place and a final spot.

I’m trying to figure out if my liverugby - pass also gives me these games.

It’s £33 for the trans Tasman season. But won’t pay that for this comp. Tried to click through the process to find out if I already have it, but it just sent me to the installed app.

I’m the same. But if I go into ‘settings’ on their website, then click through to full history on the billings and payments section, it says my service period runs until 26th July. So I’m hopeful that it’s included in the SR Aotearoa season pass.
And are there two g’s in Bugger Off?

I’m getting a become a member button when I click on the match.

But when I click on it, screen goes black.

I think the payment would work if it stayed on the website and not go through to the app (a bug I think).

Are you seeing any different now?

A fun game from what I’ve seen. The Highlanders seem to be able to take possession off the Reds at will. Only seen ten minutes or so.

So the 4th placed Kiwi team (2 points from bottom) hammered the 1st placed Aussie team? Look, any rugby between different nationalities should be celebrated these days, but how long before people lose interest?

Blimey their has been no shortage of tries.

Must admit I’ve not fully watched them, so can’t comment on quality of defence. But when games become blow outs, defence on both sides drops.

See I don’t get that.

Brumbies sacked that maul. But the crusaders lost the ball.

Because it was started as a choke, refs forget the laws.
