It’s not worth the electrons needed to load it. I really wouldn’t waste your time. Plus Admin has turned up for a few posts so expect a spate of bannings any day now.BnM wrote: Sat May 01, 2021 1:38 pm Haven't even visited the place since this was set up. How is it doing?

Who would have guessed the Irish leaving would be the nail in the bored's coffin?
For the first time I'm actually thinking the end is nigh.

I thought he’d beaten that one and things were looking up.Ymx wrote: Tue May 04, 2021 6:25 am ER was a decent guy. He got a little too involved in the political chats though. But more importantly he had a serious medical issue, I’d thought, and perhaps his family time became way more important.
It can’t be too much longer before Admin gets to pull the plug like he’s been threatening to do for years.
Edit: PR not EverReady. That read really badly. Sorry ER.
Oh no it hasn’tHKCJ wrote: Sat May 08, 2021 8:54 pm I think I’ve posted maybe once since the great split but then I’ve only posted here about 3 times. It’s been cathartic not getting sucked into the same old arguments that have been going 20 years.

Think PR being so insular ain't healthy for anybody.

By 1999 RWC anyway.
I remember. I think that the Hole-in-the-wall group was here as well, including Softie, and possibly Fawlty, Seneca and Sammy. I just lurked.Uncle fester wrote: Sun May 09, 2021 5:01 pmMyself and DOB were there around 1998.

I rocked up to a couple of the hole in the wall gigs too, also one at the old bank of england bar too where as i recall we setup a scrum in the bar, Walkabout on Embankment rings a bell too.
You'd have to pay me! Genuinely mad though, that guy is properly nuts and far too much of a headache for the mods to deal with. Honestly thought he was gone for good and had really hoped he was just going to turn his life around.

I remember in 1998 I met a woman off the board... a long trip north of the border... the weekend was like a prelude to the Shallow Grave film..Fangle wrote: Sat May 08, 2021 10:00 pm

A fine example of PR - The English rugby thread yesterday. Not one comment about the 'Quins v Wasps game apart from a link to a twitter post about Brown's red card.
It's largely a Rugby free zone.
I was pleased that when one of the usual suspects tried to bring his bullshit here on one thread he was completely ignored - so fucked off back there.

Cup comp and decided to take a look at the what is happening in Jerusalem? thread.
All the usual suspects. Don't miss it a jot.

Some of those posters are well into their second decade of the same arguments redux. There's some stamina, right there.

Every time this thread pops up I head on over to look at the England rugby thread to see if anyone's posted anything worthwhile since the last check. Otherwise I ignore the place.

Last time was last July in the top14 thread to put NPR IP address. I checked a couple of times during the 6N and once during the EU cup 1/2 final.
I was surprised to see that a lot of guys from here still posted on the bored, not a criticism, I just thought most of us here wanted to escape the madness from PR.
