That is quite a nice lineup when you look at it like that. Even if half of those go on to become regular starting players, it's a good return.

We desperately need a world class second row, I hope JJ can make the step up. And with Ox and Thomas likely on Bok duty, we need a good front row. Backline I think we're fine.

All these armchair critics, let's do a quick review between your rugby cv's and Andre Pretorius' rugby cv.

So what? We're all armchair critics who come on here to discuss and argue about rugby and anybody is free to agree or disagree with Andre Pretorius' views.

What do you think is Willemse's best position?

Nothing wrong with having an opinion or to disagree, but the tone was not respectful at all.

The thing with Willemse, he is so talented and natural, I can see him excelling at 10, 12 and 15.

There is a plan for the future. Thats comforting. It's not just senseless buying. Imagine footing the bill for Morne, Duane and Marcel. Killer....and they really do have a limited shelf life....

Settle where? That's the question.

I'm assuming he's going to make the Bok squad, so maybe some time with Rassie & Co. will help his form and put this question to bed once and for all.

If Rassie played the 5 Million Rand Man at tighthead prop his fanboys would saying " he just needs a few games to settle, he has so much talent'.

Lambie was almost 30 and was still without a permanent position. Willemse still has lots of time to develop and these countless number of local derbies could be a the perfect platform before we unleash him.

I sense a fair amount of jealousy with regards to Willemse being able to negotiate a sizeable salary. This isn't stolen money or corruption, this is a company paying an employee wages for services delivered, services that the Blue Bulls begged for.

You are 100% correct. I am actually quite jealous. I was also a played pretty average rugby and am jealous that the 5 Million Rand Man is being paid R5 000 000 a year for doing just about the same.

I believe that R 5 mil is only salary and does not include endorsements and sponsorships. So take your jealousy and dial it up a few notches.

It's about R 420 k per month, I guess the lad will survive on that for now.

Have I missed something?? When did anyone at WP confirm that it was 5 mil? The coach expressly said it's nowhere near that just 2 weeks ago....its' almost 7 mil and he's worth it!

Great half by the Stormers, playing with 13 men and keep the Bulls out was fantastic.

They're average with 70% possession and 79% territory? Stomps have made 150 tackles?
