Weak link out there. Rest of the team has been pretty good, but every time Willie has been involved in any capacity, everything fell apart.
Such a pity we rely on him so much. When he is as off as he is today it is just devastating.

Great tackle there. Nice run by Joggie as well.

What is it with Bok support staff? Their female medic has been giving it all that on camera a few times recently too. Not the extent of chasing officials, though.fishfoodie wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 10:48 am+1 unacceptable, & there needs to be a followup afterward

And he’s now our #1 fullback.ScarfaceClaw wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 10:48 amWe’re officially in an alternative universe. He’s played really well so far has young Joggie.
I never thought I’d EVER say that.
There was certainly a lot going on in the line out. Hard to tell what exactly happened given how quick the review was.

It’s terrifying but I agree. Dick Mo at first five and Joggie at fullback. Beauden on the bench.Ymx wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 10:50 amAnd he’s now our #1 fullback.ScarfaceClaw wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 10:48 amWe’re officially in an alternative universe. Whole front row replaced at 38 minutes. Bold move.

Boks look so much better when they move the ball through hands at pace.
Stupid really. Halftime in 2
Willie should have been hooked after 20
Tempo of the match is too high; Frans has lost too much pace to cover the backfield at 15 or inject himself into the line on attack. We need Willemse or Fassi on the bench.boere wors wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 10:46 amCoaching stuff is so reluctant to make early changes. Take him off, bring on frans

Absolutely. We're doing our best to run them off their feet, so the more they do too, the better.ScarfaceClaw wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 10:55 am Boks look so much better when they move the ball through hands at pace.

I don’t mind support staff getting involved and communicating with players. As long as that loophole exists, we should use it.
But they should in no way shape or form communicate or interfere with opposition players or officials. Waterboy should have been red carded.
I think the dispute was related to Willie and the WB believing his kick from the turnover was 50/22 eligible, but the officials said it was carried back.

Yeah you are actually right with that. But no have, no can do.Blake wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 10:56 amTempo of the match is too high; Frans has lost too much pace to cover the backfield at 15 or inject himself into the line on attack. It’s a joke how much ‘over the ball’ is prioritised when tackled has zero time to place. So many are hands in the ruck, too. Would rather see ‘release now’ to the defender (if the ball is released by tackled) and the ball isn’t off the deck.
Let us actually see some rugby as opposed to continuous jackals and kicks to post/corner.
