Very frustrating to watch. Yes, conditions were incredibly tough, but the handling and kicking was so very shit.
It’s like none of these players have ever played in the wet before.

Nice going Stormers. SA teams showing plenty of backbone this weekend. Can't remember when last I saw a scoreless half of pro rugby.
Swiel is just garbage. If we had a proper 10, Stomps would have won easily.Blake wrote: Sat Oct 09, 2021 6:01 pm Only thing worse than the Stormers’ catching has been their kicking.
At least the forwards lasted 80 mins tonight

Only last 10 were wet. No excuse for the terrible back 3 standards of catching before that.Blake wrote: Sat Oct 09, 2021 6:05 pmVery frustrating to watch. Yes, conditions were incredibly tough, but the handling and kicking was so very shit.

Stormers defense were awesome.Tichtheid wrote: Sat Oct 09, 2021 6:06 pm Even stevens at the end is probably about fair, very good defence from both SA sides this afternoon.
He was collapsing like a cheap accordion for the last four or five scrums, but the ref wasn't having it

The doos ref is back.
Yes. Ref was great everywhere except the scrums where he - probably wisely - decided he didn’t know what was happening in there……so just let the ball go to the backs.

That's Goosens career over. ACL gone I reckon. Surgery and a year off. Hard to come back from that.

Bit better. They need Marcel and Bismarck to stand up.

I had fairly high hopes for the Bulls coming into this but they've been playing braindead rugby. Jakeball its called. Worked once to win a RWC and ran OK with the Brumbies and the Sharks for one season each. Other than that he's done squat. A bit of a fraud really is our Jake.lemonhead wrote: Sat Oct 09, 2021 7:08 pm Every game so far like they want to get the damn thing over with. Very basic attack too.
Maybe White's not the guy to take them forward?
I did like Jackman's story about the two of them up in Marcoussis.FalseBayFC wrote: Sat Oct 09, 2021 7:25 pmI had fairly high hopes for the Bulls coming into this but they've been playing braindead rugby. If things do head south for a team you need more than confidence to turn it around.
