I'm getting a redesigned website, looks like it's gone back to when we all presumed it was shut down before. Like it's been reverted to a backup.

If you go to the PR front page, and click the forum link, you get a locked list of topics on the old platform, but the last posting dates are ..... 3 August 2020 when it was locked before.
