I find travellers a pleasant and entirely misunderstood people who are definitely a unique ethnicity and contribute valiantly to the cultural melting pot of modern Ireland

ER - re your worries about travel this morning, it appears we'll be following EU guidelines.
https://www.irishtimes.com/news/politic ... -1.4291953A “substantive decision” will be taken at a future Cabinet meeting on the potential easing of the travel restrictions and the two week quarantine, Taoiseach
Micheál Martin has said.
“We would look at European methodology around this in terms of a science based approach,” the Taoiseach said at a post-Cabinet briefing
Green Party leader and Minister for Transport Eamon Ryan said “we can’t seal off the country”.

Might still have DOB's email from 15 years ago.
Fester probably still has a load of Irish contacts from the CP lifeboat days, if anyone can contact him.
Cammy re travel Tony was laying it on thick this evening that if you travel you are basically a murderer. Anyway it's good we won't be massive weirdos on the edge of Europe. Will be a difficult second half to the year though as Government appears to have permanently lost control of the narrative here. The negativity in the media is eye watering

Some Rugby might help
Why Martin kept Donohue on as MoF.
If he wins, Ireland will have a very influential role when the EU readies are being doled out.The European People’s Party, the political grouping that includes Fine Gael, the party of German chancellor Angela Merkel and right-leaning parties across the bloc, has given its “full support” to Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe’s bid to become the next president of the Eurogroup, the powerful group of finance ministers.
“The EPP backs Paschal Donohoe for president of the Eurogroup. He will strive for a strong and inclusive European recovery,” the EPP statement read, adding that he would act as a “bridge builder”.
The EPP said that Mr Donohoe “deeply understands the challenges and concerns different countries are facing”, by virtue of Ireland having come through a bailout programme before transforming its economy to become a net contributor to the EU budget.
Trouble with MFs is which of the 27 subforums to post it on.Lazy couch potato wrote: Mon Jun 29, 2020 9:14 pm Anyone a forum member on Munster/Leinsterfans uafc or the clan forum. I’ve lost my login for Munster fans but might be an idea to put the bat signal on those ?

I am surprised it wasnt an 8am slow roast of pork belly served with a fennel and red wine jus, braised cabbage, fondant potatoes and seasonal micro-veg. Washed down with a fine Chateau Petrus

I see the policy from Tones is to try and dampen any enjoyment people are getting from.their haircuts and pints. I see an article on the front of the independent says the increase in cases is a 'surprise' to all. It literally is not a fucking surprise. He needs to get off the stage
