Too intense in the 2nd half to enjoy and we need tweaks in the pack. But so much better than a lot of matches. Marcus Smith could be the first get off your seat fly half we have ever had. We won even though our pack was monstered in the 2nd half.

Aye, they might not all have been under heavy pressure but lots of good takes where you might have expected a fumble or four from the likes of le Roux is similar position.

And Smith definitely adds a lot more than a predictable Ford or Farrell option that hurt the Boks high centre defence.
