After a lot of imprecise, harem scarum, that is brilliant by UBB.

Screamer of a try that for Saints. If the pass does end up beinf forward, they should also take a look at the tackle height on Collins. It was definitely over the shoulders.

Ulster have a habit of going to sleep/falling away in 2nd halves. Stains need to try and stay in the game.

I get why they don’t but French officials should talk to each other in French imo, would speed up the process

Like I said, total c**ts of a club.

UBB game on France2?
Yes Fr2
Hopefully you are watching it. Our two scrum-half ( Lucu ,Lesgourgues) are out with covid, so it's Cordero is in 9  So far he's doing well (on the plus side trin-duc got the covid too)
Good game so far

Yes. LMAO. I wondered why Jalibert was starting. Superb first try. I think Cordero is better than Lesgourgues anyway.

That is a baffling decision from Madigan. Took a quick tap when his whole team were getting ready for a kick to the corner and predictably turned over on the Saints line after Saints have just gone down to 14.

Saints offer next to nothing in attack, Ulster just happy to let them have possesion as they pose no real threat ball in hand.

Worked well for the LIR Vs EDI match yesterday where the Italian officials all spoke Italian to each other. But it really helped that the commentator was able to translate the jist of what they were saying, if that didn't happen would be frustrating as a viewer

Well, that was an annihilation. Hard to comprehend how a side with so many Welsh intls can offer pretty much nothing.

It was generally ok, but that yellow card stung them and ultimately could have been the difference in a game that finished with them just 4 adrfit.

It's been building for a few years now. Combo of
- ageing players
- squad over familiar with itself with some waning motivation/staleness
- the departure of Azema and arrival of Gibbes has not worked
- poor choices in recruitment. For example, FH is a clearly a problem but their answer (rumour to be believed) is to get Plisson for next season
- I said at start of season this was destroying a number of intl careers as quality players have gone backwards: Jedrasiak, Iturria, Fischer, Cancoriet and even Penaud looked to be going backwards: see how many ASM players are in Gathie's sqaud....

It's a very similar story to what happened at Toulouse. But there, they ran out of money which gave Mola the excuse to clear out some of the dead wood.

Bezy was a borderline choice for Fra when he was at Toulouse. Since coming to ASM, you can see the influence of Parra all over him. He's become meerkat jr with his dithering distribution slowing down everything.

They aren't short of money. In a way, that they are effectively wed to the town and Michelin: it's not like they have an ego benefactor to have to please. There is no political interference at all.

I forgot. The other thing is Clermont's discipline has been dire this season. I think only Brive is worse.

Jesus: this will go down in the annals of the comp as the greatest of Keystone Cop performances. Luckily for ASM, there are hardly any fans there to vent their ire.

He's done that much of this season like Dupont has been hiding Toulouse's weaknesses. Lopez will get plaudits for that but he is a poor man's Andy Foode these days.

{EDIT} Is that Foode in commentary? :eh:

As an aside, interesting to see him at centre because Vakatawa has looked poor this season so we jsut might see Fickou and Penaud at centre with Villiere and a recall for Thomas on the wings unless the Danty flirtation continues.

Criminal restart by ASM. No-one even called.

Followed by equally criminal running into touch by Matsashima. You have to wonder what Gibbes and co are coaching down there.
