I believe.. but ditched it as I didn't want to explain it.

You are frankly talking to someone, who even gets paranoid when they listen to LBC radio on catchup, that a TV license guy at the door, may mistake the adverts they play , for live tele if he is outside the flat, so usually listen to it on headphones (if I can find them).
Someone who when he is forced to go to the pub by himself to watch live rugby for whatever sky has got their mitts on (when no other option is available) has such crushing social phobia, he has to get blind drunk, rather than watch it illegally, in the flat on a stream.

So yes, if I remember your Honor, the Tele went a long time ago, like six months after I moved in, long before the TV licensihg people started coming here (they started coming like a year after I moved in I believe).
I have never had to explain a tele,to them, and they have been here 3 times.
