Still in testing but you can now toggle between a dark and light mode for yourself, in the top right by the little bell you will see a half moon, click on it to toggle dark mode, click again to toggle light....let me know what you think.

I like it.

Can you tweak the other colours when in dark mode?

The blue heading text is a little dark. Can it be lightened?

And the “this topic was posted” is a little bright. Can that be darkened ?

Its an ongoing feature so will develop it over time and try to make some improvements. It is very much linked to the color theme i am using so would need to create very specific CSS files for each theme.

I see, that’s good news.

So it allows you to copy the existing theme and then you can just modify a css file specifically for dark mode.

The posted text and the dark black/grey background all renders nicely. So that can be left as is.

The emojis don’t look brilliant with the edge blend.
But hey. The phone emojis seem to work anyway.

As a test, does this appear as a female cop to android phones?

I hadn’t realised that emojis are standardised in to uni code.

Disagree, it can be useful to know how old a thread is, and I'm glad that ASMO added that feature.

Yeah, I think it's useful. The pane that message sits in is too bright, though.

Some of the text doesn't contrast well with the black, just the colour profile being set up on the white.

Looks pretty good in the laptop, a little busy on the phone. I like the idea. Also... the updated colour for the bored is excellent.

My mouse used to control / move the moving dots and lines at the header. I noticed it randomly one day. Doesn’t now. Not worried in the slightest, just querying the quirk.

It's fucked the reply box, which now hangs off the edge of my screen and can't be resized to fit.
