If im right there were two controversial Jake stories:
That one where he got a lad sacked for homophobic comments
The other was where he threatened to out a Persian for being gay in Iran if he didnt agree to a business deal. Or something like that? I remember that story being mentioned on the night of the long sausage

But he did phone a guy's boss and got him sacked over a difference of opinion for sure, I remember most of it vividly but not the actual dispute. I don't think it was homophobia but I could be wrong. They guy came back and was most reasonable under the circumstances.
