Well hello Jethro..
I love watching little children running and screaming, playing hide and seek in the playground.
They don't know I'm using blanks..

Wales are dreadful.
Aside from Reffell they can't do anything.
No excuses for Scotland.

Our front row is so immobile. We're constantly using them as one out runners, but Scotland can make a cup of tea in the time it takes them to catch the ball, run, and then engage the defensive line.

Some sort of law stipulation like players may not join a ruck with the sole purpose of extending the back foot or the back foot of a dead ruck may not be any further back than the fullest length of two bound players. Slap a couple of example images alongside the wording and job's a good 'un.
